The Big Elephant Kitchen

Happy rainy Saturday everyone. As a family business we pride our selves on the quality of our food and our ability to serve our customers quickly. This last Friday we experienced unbelievably high customer volume. Phones calls went unanswered, our customers waited longer than anyone should have to for their orders, our equipment broke and we were unable to full fill orders, and we ran out of food and turned down more than a handful of people looking to try our food. We sincerely apologise for the inconveniences you may have experienced. We hold ourselves to the highest standards and we did not maintain those standards this last Friday. We hope our performance has not deterred you from future patronage. Happy Saturday from the staff of the Big Elephant Kitchen.
